The societies and the titular corporate body of income of enterprise situated in the regions Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, Molise, Sardinia, Abruzzo, can profit of a recognition of a credit of tax, to the senses of the Law n. 208 of 2015, art. 1, commi 98-108, to use in compensation in declaration of the incomes, for the purchase of new instrumental goods effected among 2016 and 2019; the questions have been already presentable since 2016, June 30th. The measure of the facilitation is diversified in relationship to the business dimensions:
20% PMI
15% Medium-sized companies
10% Big-sized companies
